Instalar fuentes de Vista en Gnu/Linux

Hace tiempo que no escribia jajaja (no se por que la risa)

bueno al grano, como instalar fuentes de Vista en nuestro amado SO Gnu/Linux

-Primero que nada debemos asegurarnos de que poseemos el paquete "cabextract" en los repositorios de nuestra distro, como yo uso ArchLinux lo busco de la siguiente manera:

$ pacman -Ss cabextract

Si usamos debian o ubuntu lo podriamos buscar asi:

$ apt-get cache search cabextract

Si no encontramos el paquete debemos asegurarnos de tener actualizada nuestra lista de repositorios, pero si encontramos el paquete, entonces nos disponemos a intalarlo.

En ArchLinux:

$ pacman -S cabextract

En Debian / Ubuntu:

$ apt-get install cabextract


Una vez terminada la instalación debemos dirigirnos a nuestro directorio /home/usuario

$ cd /home/usuario

En nuestro directorio creamos un archivo vacio, el cual nombraremos “vista-fonts-installer.sh" (sin las comillas), luego abriremos con cualquier editor de textos nuestro nuevo archivo.

Yo utilizo XFCE y este incorpora mousepad gnome trae por defecto gedit, podemos usar cualquiera

$ touchpad vista-fonts-installer.sh

Una vez abierto copiamos y pegamos este codigo dentro del archivo:

Guardamos los cambios y cerramos nuestro archivo. Ahora solo nos falta ejecutar el script que creamos, lo ejecutamos así:

$ sh vista-fonts-installer.sh

Comenzara a descargar las fuentes desde MC.com y las instala en nuestro directorio ~/.fonts. Una vez terminada la descarga ya podremos utilizar nuestras nuevas y vonitas fuentes.
